with companies of the same revenues; therefore, we moved all of our

textiles to lower cost countries.

< The cumulative effect on the supply chain was a savings of $5.0 mm

annually.

waste. Savings of $2.3mm annually were realized.

< Bleach and Dye Department was re-tooled with the state of the art dye

vessels and drying/shrinking machinery. Savings realized were $3.7mm

annually.

< Installed real time data collections system that increased customer

service and reduced work in process by 37% or approximately $750k

annually.

< Authored and implemented plan to move assembly of garments to Central

America, which saved $3.0mm annually.
