1,000 employees and annual net revenue of $70M. Oversaw $357K+ budget including benefits, and HR functions

including employee relations, benefits, compensation, HRIS, and recruitment. Administered policies and procedures

in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. Counseled

managers and employees on employee relation issues, implemented disciplinary action, and performed terminations.
