Administrative Assistant Duties Include:

• Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.

• Greeting guests and managing reception area.

• Inbound and outbound calls with clients, and t ransfer to appropriate staff members.

• Maintains maintenance for Xerox, fax and color printer.

• Sign for and distribute UPS/FedEx packages.

• In teract with clients, vendors and visitors.

Production Coordinator Duties Include:

• Proof read pages for final proof.

• Organize and keep t rack of the daily f low of pages to and from NY, NJ.

• Prepare pages and research material for desktop.

• Manage incoming and outgoing f low of merchandise from Creative Services to the

p hotography studio.

• Verifies merchandise; how product works; sizing; measurement; fabric content etc.

• Assisted Ar t director for photo shoots.

• Xeroxing and distributing of all back-up information for new i tems received from

buyers.

• Input all new copy for the Web, Dr. Leonard’s and Carol Wright catalogs.

Education:
