EXPERIENCE:
Federal Civil Service, Lackland AFB - As an Inventory Management Specialist I initiated and
processed requirements from the Stock and Distribution (DO35A) System to ensure that the
Requirements and Exceptions were cleared with appropriate actions. Prepared Purchase
Requests in Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaRS). Analyzed procurement
actions generated from the D200 A & C systems based on such factors as procurement lead-time,
current stock position, and demand level. Provided input in the scheduling of assets to
maintenance for repair using the Production Information Database System (PIDS). I performed
related functions as cataloging codes, condition, units of issue, mergers, obsolescence or other
changes which were coordinated with Technical Operations and/or Defense Logistics Service
Center (DLSC). Prepared activity summaries for items designated for critical item review.
Utilized an intensive practical knowledge of cryptographic properties to collect, analyze,
interpret, and provide specialized information about cryptographic equipments/systems to
equipment specialists and maintenance personnel.
Security Manager / CPSG / ZC Directorate in 2005 – Ensured organizational employees were
aware of AFSIR security to include personnel security, intelligence oversight, industrial security
(INFONSEC), information assurance (COMPUSEC), communication security (COMSEC),
Operations Security (OPSEC) and TEMPEST. I was also responsible for validating security
clearances for the CPSG/ZC Directorate personnel who were TDY to other sites for classified
meetings using the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS). Directed and ran the Random
Anti-Terrorism Measures (RAMs) for the ZC Directorate. In addition, I provided Security
education to Directorate personnel.
Facilities Manager / CPSG/ZC Directorate in 2005 - Responsibilities included ensuring the
building was safe and all locks/security devices were in good working condition. Any roof leaks,
plumbing problems, etc were my responsibility to report and ensure that corrective action was
taken.
