Exceptionally strong written and oral communication skills,
particularly in listening to customer/buyer requests in a wide
range of technical issues related to aviation, automotive and
marine industries, for which I have spent over 30 years within.
My broad experience with all aspects of product development,
manufacturing also spans medical and defense industries, in
addition to GA, Automotive and Marine. This, in addition to more
than 20 years as a technical editor, I was director of Marketing
for two International companies. I have the skills necessary to
develop and support an organized marketing strategy. I am
experienced in all aspects of manufacturing management
operations, from detailed projections, inventory control and
competitor analysis and JIT manufacturing. I also have
considerable paralegal and contract law experience.
ENGINEERING, AUTOMOTIVE, AVIATION & MARINE MANUFACTURING:
1993-2007 Founder and CEO of a $3.4 Million small manufacturing company
with International sales of proprietary products for high
performance automotive and marine internal combustion engines;
plus contract spec work for general and commercial aviation.
Grew a 1,000 SF engineering office of two people into a 10,000
SF small manufacturing facility employing 15 to 20 skilled labor
personnel using state of the art multiple 4-axis mills and 6-
axis lathes to rapid prototype and quantity produce proprietary
components for automotive, marine and truck industries. My
individual responsibilities included:
. Create 2D and 3D CAD drawings for preparation to SOLID Models,
applying my Patented concepts to new engine applications.
. Create Solid Model (Solidworks) assemblies with companion components
and using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Kinetic motion, as needed.
. Design Production Tooling for 4, 5 or 6 axis procedures as needed.
. Supervise Shop personnel, Edit Programs and consolidate and rewrite
Machine Posts Processor from SurfCAM outputs to fit proprietary
fixture designs.
. Develop and Implement Quality Control procedures and Quality Manual
for ISO-9001 level audits; supervise "first part" and "production"
batch inspections with floor personnel.
. Supervise Tool Crib manager; inventory control, maintenance and
restock.
. Purchase raw materials for production and prototyping
. Verify exotic alloys provided by Aerospace and Defense jobs
occasionally accepted from shops needing our machine expertise,
including Pratt-Whitney.

MARKETING/SALES EXPERIENCE:
1993-2007 As Director of Advertising for two prior companies, my duties
during this period involved all photographic and Ad copy
creation to promote and separate the technical virtues of our
company's proprietary products This involved trade shows, direct
exhibition, and conventional advertising across print trade
publications; while emphasis was placed on digital and web.

INTERNATIONAL MANUFACTURING:
1996-2001 Co-founder/Pres. of a $1.6 Million proprietary automotive
products import company with exclusive offshore suppliers for
high volume multi-tier warehouse distribution/sales.
In addition to engineering the domestic manufactured products,
marketing and warehouse administration duties, I oversaw a team
of 10 to 15 people, developed all domestic and overseas supply
side accounts, including vendors, inspectors, shipping and
insurance. These included:
. Design, train and implement proprietary manufacturing procedures
developed in our U.S. facility with overseas vendors on location,
repetitive as needed.
. Traveled extensively throughout Asia and Europe for both materials
sourcing, and trouble shooting QC issues with expanding vendor base.

procedures, and assure on time deliveries on the water and through
customs and duties.

technical education service for both public and subscription in
customer support of preceding company (below). Specific to
internal combustion OHV engines for both Automotive and Marine

1991-1993 Director Of Marketing, CARFEL/SUPREME, Miami, FL., a [then]
$150 Million international manufacturer (currently $600M+, under
Perry Ellis brand), with offices around the world. Responsible
for all new catalog development, inter-office international
communications on product upgrades and changes. Shot all art
work, wrote all copy and directed all P.R. for trade release
promotions.
