• All accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities including, but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable,

invoicing members for annual dues and events, statements, payroll, process and pay 941, 940 and TWC reports,

reconcile six (6) bank accounts

• Human Resources and personnel duties including interviewing applicants, maintaining employee files, benefits

administration, attend monthly HR association meetings, attend HR training seminars

• Communicate with local insurance agents to obtain proper insurance coverage for the best premium
