Dyncorp International - Logcap IV, Kuwait City, Kuwait

. Member of a five person team responsible for providing reporting and

analytic support to the management.

. Duties included accounting and reporting on two contracts, estimating,

scheduling and tracking activities with MS Project.

. Created Excel spreadsheet templates with macros and VBA script for

automated calculations for preparation of estimates and proposals.

. Queried and reconciled projected data against information from

purchasing, subcontracting and accounting department using Excel and

other proprietary formats.

. Prepared reports on project execution with emphasis on variances.

Reported on current EAC and ETC and changes thereof to project

management team and to the client. I created reports, charts and

slideshows for project management and executive briefings using Visio

and PowerPoint.

Cost Specialist, December 2008 - June 2009

. Analyzing existing data flows and proposing improvements. Also logging

of execution of service contracts, completion of purchase orders and

accounting incurred labor cost using SAP and Maximo information

systems.

. Developed Excel reports on execution of projected activities using

data extracts from SAP, MS SQL, and adding user friendly Excel macros.

. Improved labor hours accounting system with an MS Access database and

created accompanying automated Excel worksheet in order to streamline

the process. Provided training classes and manual for new labor

accounting system.

Inventory Systems Manager, August 1998 - January 2007

Brown & Root Services Tuzla, Bosnia & Herzegovina

. Took initiative to improve our standard operating procedure and

shorten processing times. I wrote a paper on software issues in

existing inventory system and proposed solution for it.

. Repaired company's inventory control system (ICS) written in MS

Access, improved user interface and added new reporting features.

. Created SKU catalog database and established office to manage it.

Building on catalog database I created electronic requests to improve

flow of information from end user to purchasing.

. Developed extensive reporting tools that bridged several data source

types including Access, Excel, dBase, FoxPro and HTML.

. Based on previously developed systems created inventory replenishment

system. Replenishment system was intended to calculate and advise

optimal stock levels based on data from purchasing and inventory usage

history, and resulted in effectively reducing inventory value by at

least 11% and releasing storage space and operating funds, while

maintaining required operating stock level.

. During this period I supervised team of five employees and coordinated

with three regional offices in Balkans and with the main office in

Houston.

. Integrated all of MS Access based inventory and logistics systems and

tools into a single application and database system. The system

enabled cross-leveling of inventory, exchange of information between

different sites, extensive reporting and analysis features and cover

the complete material management process.

. The system has more than 60 tables, 800 SQL queries, 100 forms, and

dozens of customizable reports and exportable data formats.

. Installed new inventory system at all locations of Balkans Project.

Provided training for users and managers.

. Set up the system for new Logcap III project (Central Asia and Middle

East) as well as provided maintenance, help and general consultancy.

The system was backbone of KBR's inventory management in central Asia

until the deployment of SAP in 2006.

. Developed several modified versions of the system with MS SQL server

and information exchange with other data sources.
