Responsible for daily upkeep, inspection and documentation concerning operational/
maintenance of Tool Control, Ground Support Equipment (GSE) / Aircraft Ground
Equipment (AGE), and Assorted Calibration Programs.
Overseeing company Tool Control procedures and processes in accordance with DCMA
820.1 and approved Ground Operating Procedures and or FAA Part 145 approved
procedures.
Compiles, reports on use of company Tool Control issued GSE/AGE. Verified company
issued equipment which is issued and returned either on daily, short-term or long-term
reports.
Inspected, verified quantity and marked/etched all company equipment, tools, GSE/ AGE
for use by assembly/production mechanics.
Assists the Director of Maintenance/ Lead Aircraft Inspector/ Program Managers in
maintaining proper reporting of any damages, discrepancies or incomplete received GSE
or AGE.
Upon receiving materials, aircraft parts, tools, properly inspected for correct quantity,
weight, nomenclature, and verified proper specifications.
Issued parts, tools, electronics, GSE/AGE for individual projects verifying proper
purchase order and locations using appropriate issued tickets.
Use of computer to document all inventory transactions, record keeping, material
adjustments and proper location of materials to bins, cabinets, security rooms, floor
locations or directly to Project/ Production Managers.
Maintains records on automated PC system, Cost Point and manual files as required.
Receives pick list from various departments and accurately pulls material for individual
issue or stock to assemble complete assembly kits.
Conducts cycle counts on inventory GSE/AGE, Government property utilizing proper
procedures and reports.

Ensured timeliness of all inmate activities.
Wrote incident reports, misconducts, visitation lists, inmate requests, and other assorted

Performed inmate counts, visual checks, fire/ building inspections, and inmate visits.
Classified inmates to ensure compatibility in housing areas also directly supervised
inmates in housing units, kitchen work, outside hospitals, and recreation/vocational
