. Duties included expanding region by visiting new properties to set up
meetings and give presentations and sign new contracts. I also was in
charge of hiring and firing personnel for my region and insuring that pay
rates were kept within the budget for the region. I would handle problem
shooting for my region to insure that all of my clients were having a
pleasant experience with our company and would resolve any problems that
may arise. In case of any mechanical problems that may occur on site I
would troubleshoot and offer solutions and pricing to fix the problem and I
would then either repair the problem myself or schedule our construction
team or outside contractor. I would recommend renovations and upgrades to
facilities and oversee construction to make sure everything was done in a
timely and professional manner. In the time I was there I took a region
that averaged 350k in construction a year to over half a million and
maintained 95% of current accounts and increased the number of management
accounts from an average of 45 a year to over 50 a year which was an
increase of approximately 150k a year in management. I would be in charge
of any public relation issues that would arise due to accidents and
fortunately had no major incidents in the time I was there due to strict
safety procedures that I implemented and upheld in my region. My job
required me to be available at all times if an incident occurred 24 hours a
day 7 days a week.

American Pool Enterprises which has offices in the United States and Canada
and after my first year there I won the rookie of the year award for the
whole corporation. It was an excellent company to work for but
unfortunately due to the current economic situation and my higher than
average salary (compared to the rest of my office) I was laid off in
October.

Duties included working with the site superintendant to plan when to
coordinate different parts of the job in order to work around the
other contractors on site electricians, carpenters etc. I was in
charge of a crew of 8 masons and 8 laborers and a labor foreman and
assigning each to the particular part of the project which they would
be working on. I was in charge of ordering any material that was
needed to complete the job and communicating to company owner of any
problems and progress we were having. I would also have to do
occasional meetings with the home owner to see if they approved of
work done and make any changes if needed.
The reason for leaving Twin Springs was due to moving to Maryland.

and monitor up to 15 children ages 14-17 yrs of age. During my duty time I

disciplinary action that needed to be done and make reports in the
children's behavior.
The reason I left Davis Stuart is because I was accustomed to a stricter
environment than the one Davis Stuart implemented and disagreed with the

cadets social worker and would determine when a cadet has done well enough
to earn rewards and rank. I taught classes based on a cognitive therapy
program that was utilized by the facility for this program. I had to meet
with parents on visitation to discuss the needs of the cadets and also to
inform of their progress. I also had to respond to emergencies within the
facility such as riots and fights.

because I had just got married and had a newborn and moved.

was in charge of up to 5 soldiers with the gunner and chief above me.

soldiers for multiple tasks such as shooting range and motor pool
details. I was a master driver for my platoon and qualified expert
with rifle, grenade, and machine gun. I also qualified as marksman
for pistol.
