As Order Processor it was my responsibility to handle all flooring
orders for builders contracted with CTI in South Carolina. Builder
PO's were verified for pricing, correct quantities based on CTI's
estimating take-offs, and then utilized a SAP system to create work
and sales orders, placed & expedited orders with vendors, and invoiced
the builder once material was installed. I utilitized builder websites
to obtain the PO's, selections, and any diagrams. I worked with 4
Field Managers located in the South Carolina warehouses. My
responsibility also included providing the paperwork and material for
replacement or short material once installation began and obtaining
VPO's from the builder if he was responsible.
