patient’s appointment, assisting with scheduling patient appointments, completing daily paper work including patient

preparing progress notes for patients who are seeing the doctor, developing and implementing therapeutic exercise
programs, applying appropriate modalities to patients per the Physical Therapist Plan of Care.
Diagnosis’s that I have experience treating in the out patient clinic include post orthopedic surgeries, strokes,
Parkinson’s disease, sports injury rehab, general weakness, neck pain, low back pain, joint pain, aquatics,
Cerebral Palsy, Autism, pediatrics with gait deficits, and motor vehicle accidents.
Responsibilities at Garrett County Memorial Hospital include assisting patients after surgery with range of motion,
muscle strengthening, performing proper ambulation with assistive device, bed mobility, transfers, understanding
precautions, writing daily soap notes on patients, entering patient charges in hospital and company computer programs,
and communicating with nursing staff about patients medical status.
Diagnosis’s that I have experience treating at Garrett County Memorial Hospital include post orthopedic
surgeries, multiple heart conditions, Parkinson’s disease, strokes, and inability to ambulate.
