WORK EXPERIENCE:

I have 20 years of leadership and or experience in the United States

Army. In my current position I serve as the principle leader, First

Sergeant, E-8 ($54000 annual pay) in a light Cavalry organization of

over 180 Soldiers. I also write routine and special reports,

commendations and operation plans; prepare and edit tactical and

training plans; coordinates and implements training programs; directs on

the job training; assist in making formal briefing and presentation and

presenting instructions to large groups; provides counseling to

individuals and groups; I worked on budgets with superiors; and also

maintains personnel data files using Microsoft products.

I have one (1) year of experience directly related to the position

equivalent to at least the GS-11 level; I have some experience applying

state and federal environmental rules, laws, and regulations, in order

to assist with the management of the air quality programs meeting or

exceeding standards of regulatory compliance. I have studied EPA air

emission dispersion modeling and emission testing methodologies in order

to conduct, or perform oversight of source sampling surveys to measure

air pollution emission levels. At

small level I have interpreted air quality permit rules, regulations,

and processes in order to complete and submit air permits for the

Installation. I have the ability to read facility and equipment plans

and specifications in order to consult with engineers regarding air

pollution abatement equipment or installation of appropriate

air quality equipment/instrumentation. I have some experience with NEPA

regulations and the ability to conduct reviews for the 4283 process and

the ability to review and provide feedback to proponents and NEPA

personnel.

I have no issue with wearing Protective Equipment such as Respirators

and Safety glasses as required.
