MEDICAL RECORDS CLERK: I was responsible for pulling and filling medical record

charts on a daily basis. I answered multiple phone lines and made copies of important

documents, as well as faxing patient charts to other locations. I made sure the correct

charts were ready for the day and greeted customers and other employees. My

externship lasted for 30 days. I worked an 8 hour shift Monday thru Friday. Although my

main focus was in the medical records room, I am willing to learn more in other areas.

EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE

PARTY AMERICA September 2006 – January 2007

CUSTOMER SERVICE: I was responsible for helping customers find party assortments

they were looking for. At the end of my shift I was responsible for counting all the

currency that accumulated throughout the day including credit receipts.

ACTION DAY PRIMARY PLUS January 2007 – February 2011

During the day at Primary Plus, I was the caregiver of seven energetic infants in which I

take care of throughout the day. I read to them, sing songs, complete art work with

them, as well as following a routine their parents provide me with. On occasions, I will

work in the preschool classroom as a teacher aide helping the children in completing

assignments, art work, and math. Along with all of these duties I was also in charge of

doing the laundry and keeping the classroom sanitized on a daily basis to ensure a safe

and clean environment for the children and teachers.

SKILLS AND ACTIVIES

CREATIVE ART: Completing art work for ages 0-5 years. I worked with infants and

toddlers so constant lifting and bending over was part of my daily routine.
