Developed a large CBT training for Datex-Ohmeda Corporation. Created a CD-

ROM training for the INOvent infant ventilator using artwork, text, video,

animation, and audio. Exhaustive animation helped the learner o see

components working and to understand processes. Self-tests and exams were

included that certified the learner as a repairman. The CD-ROM is used

nationally and internationally acting to save countless travel dollars for

companies interested in training their repair technicians. The CD-ROM was

updated after the first 3-years of use. Security was built into the disc to

ensure a credible final exam.
