I have worked for Jennie-O Turkey Store for the past 23 years. During that period of

t ime, I started working on the production line, and after 1 years, I was promoted to

Quali ty Control, where I spent the next 12 years. In 2001, I was promoted to the Human

Resource Assistant, which was the position I held at the time I resigned in March of 2011.

I n my 23 years of service to the company, I never missed a day of work unless I used a

vacation day. In my most recent position as HR Asst., I handled a lot of confidential

documentation, worked closely with all the Supervisors to t rain them on various changes

to rules and regulations, conducted monthly OSHA t raining sessions for all employees,

and entered all t raining for each employee into the HRIS system. I monitored the daily

payroll, charted all employee absences, vacations and leaves of absences. I also did all the

data entry for new hires and employee terminations. Clerical duties included answering

p hones, copying, faxing, laminating, preparing reports for the Plant Manager meetings,

and general typing.
