United States Army

I was deployed as a part of Operation Iraqi Freedom/ Operation New Dawn. I

was in charge of setting up, managing, troubleshooting and taking down all

the communications equipment. Preparing convoys for missions, as well as

keeping the rear up to date and set up on all the correct channels. As for

the automations side, I set up all printers, networks, computers, accounts,

phones and maintain that our servers stay up and running and when needed do

maintenance to get them running again. I assisted in the Electronic Warfare

section to test our CREW systems. Also became HAZMAT and CLS certified.

March 2009-October 2009; Service Assistant

Mercedes Benz of Augusta

I handled doing loaner cars, issuing them out to customers, inputting

information into system, inspecting vehicle before and after turn in. I

assisted with the cashiering and handled the warranty paperwork with

clients, some accounting, filing as well as answering phones. Very customer

oriented and assisted being a driver.

I started in the company as answering phones, information input, customer

service calls, and proceeded to assisting with internet sales as well as

handling marketing and advertising side. After holding those positions I

advanced to handle all the warranties for five car lines. Attained my

training certification and maintained it in all car lines, including

traveling to do the hands on training.

Languages

I have experience with American Sign Language, assisted as an interpreter

for the Red Cross. I have the basic knowledge needed to read, write and

speak Spanish.
