. As a Field Product Engineer I tested hardware and helped develop

business and technical processes which were used at Ticketmaster

Client and Ticket Center locations worldwide.

. I worked with various levels of the organization to test hardware,

applications and to document processes.

Implementation Specialist, Best Western Hotels International, Phoenix, AZ

June 1995 - July 1998

Responsible for the setup, installation and training of hotel property

management

systems. Specific duties include the setup and configuration of all

hardware and

configurations of the LAN at each property. Installation and configuration

of the property

management systems software, installation and configuration of interface

software to allow

third party vendor software (call accounting, central reservation, energy

management, point

of sale) to communicate and interface with the property management system.

Installation of

hardware into the server to allow interfaces to work properly, installation

of hardware for

Jazz Drive Backup systems. Training of all required hotel staff and

management in the

proper use of the property management system software. Liaisons with third

party vendors to

ensure compatibility of interfaces. Additional responsibilities include in-

house training of

new trainers and support desk staff; review and analyzed work of help desk

calls to determine

specific areas of additional training and education for general

installations and specific

individuals; trouble shooting specific problems at individual locations

when help desk is

Front Desk Manager, The Eliot Hotel, Boston, MA August 1993 - January 1995

Directed and trained front desk staff including night auditors. Handled

for Hotel.
