To Whom it May Concern,
Bob Porter worked at Crowe Manufacturing for the past two and a half years and held the position of
Production Manager. As the President of Crowe Manufacturing Bob has reported directly to me during
his entire time here.
Bob has been responsible for all production activity including scheduling, resource planning and
product shipment. Bob also participated in ISO Audits and Management Meetings, responsible for
associate counseling and evaluation, supervision and training, production process problem solving and
updating of process documentation.
Bob is one of the hardest working, most dedicated and loyal associates that we have employed at
Crowe and would be a benefit to any organization.
Due to the continued decline in sales during this economic slowdown we are forced to further reduce
our staffing to unprecedented low levels. For the foreseeable future the position of Production Manager
will be eliminated and duties transitioned elsewhere.
Sincerely,
Rob Haviland President
