Safety Management:

Assisted engineering with identifying maintenance safety tasks and approval of equipment procurement

and installation through the use of Job Hazard Analysis, reducing re-engineering by an estimated 30%.

Led a cohesive safety team of military and contractor representatives resulting in a 71% reduction in

contractor maintenance incidents over a two year period. Assessed and made changes to operations due

to hygienist recommendations from annual inspection, resulting in no significant deficiencies on most

recent OSH facilities inspection.

Program Compliance:

Lockheed Martin sustainment services, Patuxent River, MD

Manages three safety engineers and one Hazard material coordinator. Led initial F-35 test site safety and

training program infrastructure setup, complying with federal, state and local laws. Coordinated safety

training for 480 personnel from nine different companies, government and military in support of eight F-

35 test aircraft. Earned “exceptional contributor” on resent performance assessment, the highest rating in

pear rating and given to top 10% in the Company.

Ground Safety Officer Apr 2005 - Jan 2009

Naval Test Wing Atlantic, Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD.

Led 16 military and contractor safety representatives within five test and evaluation commands. Managed

68 government QA oversight personnel who provided oversight for over 1200 aviation maintenance
