Dear Sir or Madam:

I am very interested in exploring the possibility of joining your firm in a

responsible and challenging position as an Inside Sales Representative. I

realize servicing customers is the reason for being in sales. The products

and services pay my wages and benefits. My goal is two-fold: to help keep

current customers and get new ones if I am to contribute to the overall

growth and to provide more service than my customers expect - never letting

my service become routine but always making it exceptional. As such, my

primary focus as a sale professional must be to meet and exceed each

customer's expectations for the products or services so that they become

customers for live. My objective is to be so good at caring for each

customer that I will keep him or her forever, and my example of superior

service will attract more customers. These experiences have given me a

heightened appreciation for teamwork, attention to detail and the value of

doing the job right the first time. I am looking for a high performance

organization to which I can make a long-term commitment and further develop

my skills and knowledge.

I have consistently displayed an eagerness for top performance in all

endeavors; especially, in helping improve customer relations. I am well

organized and goal-oriented; I learn new concepts quickly and easily; and I

always demonstrate a positive and capable attitude toward any project in

which I am involved.

I firmly believe these qualifications will enable me to become an asset.

Please contact me to schedule a time when we can discuss how my education

and experience would contribute to the continuing growth of your company.

Thanks for your time and consideration. I look forward to talking with you

further.

Respectfully yours,

June M. Smallwood
