Nov 2007 - July 2010 - Minacs, an Aditya Birla Group Co. (Contractor for

General Motors) - Product Litigation Paralegal defense for Vehicle

Manufacturer which included case intake, review, negotiations and

settlement, both pre-suit, and lawsuit settlement and trial defense for

Lemon Laws for states as well as other consumer laws. When repurchase was

required, this was also handled to completion. Job was in a Call Center

environment.

Nov 2005 - Dec 2006 - Aspyr Media, Inc. (Contract Administrator/Paralegal)

for Video Games Developer in Austin in charge of all Game contracts,

including other contracts such as employment, Licensor, Distribution,

Vendor, Sales, Developer, Financial, Royalties, Stockholder and

Shareholder, and Corporate.

Jan 2003 - June 2004 - Sterling Auto Collision, LLC (Corp.

Secretary/Bookkeeper/Office Mgr.) - Maintained all business accounts for

Auto Body Shop; Monthly Sales Tax to State Comptroller; Employee taxes

including 940's and 941's quarterly and monthly; paid all bills on company

and three other related companies; did weekly payroll for 12 employees;

receptionist and secretarial duties; dealt with insurance adjusters.

Feb 1997 - April 2000 - Sprint - (State Executive Asst to VP) Daily

responsibilities of projects for Managers, spreadsheets, filings at the

Public Utility Commission (PUC), faxes, and large copying details; monitor

and update large database of address files, detailed research of items at

PUC, attend and take notes of the Final Orders Meetings of the Public

Utility Commission (PUC) and report back to Managers. Tracking of Sprint

projects at the PUC such as Sale/Transfer/Merger Applications (STM's) and

processes, and the passage of tariff filings (rate increases, etc.);

management and supervision of any temporary office personnel or contract

laborers; interaction with State Legislators, Governors, and political

action staff. Assisted with and attended events hosted by Sprint lobbyists

for Texas Governmental officials and key in planning stage and move, setup

and transition of office from old building to new building.

July 1993 - Jan 1997 - Cathey, Hutton and Associates, Inc. (now is CHR)

(Analyst) - Regulatory editing and monitoring of Tariffs (rate increases,

service changes, telecommunication directions); tracking of processes at

PUC and their Final Orders Meetings, report back to Managers; assist in

overload of Administrative department duties; track and file monthly

Political Action Reports (PAC) required by State for Lobbyists; track and

update FCC filings for clients; STM Applications, etc. Both positions were

tracked by billable hours to our clients.

July 1992 - Dec 1992 - Willms & Associates (Legal Assistant/Secretary) -

Attended to daily duties of Legal Assistant/Secretary for Personal Injury

and Torts Law Firm; monitored schedules and calendar for timely filings

with Court; answered interrogatories and Court documents so they were filed

timely; setup and schedule depositions; maintain office files; and assisted

Attorney in Court. Attorney is now deceased.

Jan 1992 - July 1992 - Jewell & Associates (no longer in business) (Legal

Assistant/Secretary) - Attended to daily duties as Legal

Assistant/Secretary for Family, PI and Tort Law office; answered and

maintained Interrogatories, ensured timely filings of court papers; handled

and juggled attorney's schedule, important Court deadlines, and assisted

clients; accounting duties including Payroll in absence of Attorney.

Sept 1982 - March 1991 - Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA)

(Administrative Secretary) - Promoted to Administrative Secretary;

scheduled all appointments for Manager, budget information tracking and

details, computer use of accounting system, coordinate all travel for

department, typing, phones, work and assistance for other clerical staff.

Interaction with all other departments and supervisory staff; handled

highly sensitive and confidential material as well as payroll. Developed,

assembled and maintained the complete Departmental Procedures Manual for a

very large department. Previous position was clerical and secretarial

duties for 9 Mechanical Engineers; typing of Specifications for lowest

bids, Contracts, Records, Files, and drawings (approx. 20,000 Blueline and

Sepias) for construction of Unit III of the Fayette Power Project in

LaGrange, Texas (coal-powered energy producing plant); maintain budget

tracking and accounting system of materials purchased; large amounts of

typing before PC age.
