Training Site Lead, Booz/Allen/Hamilton, Norfolk VA 2007-Pres
. Site lead/ supervisor for a 17 person team of trainers,
instructional system designers and graphics artists supporting the
development and delivery of functional and systems curriculum in
support of the Joint Forces Intelligence School (JFIS) and
training management via the Joint Intelligence Training Joint
Management Office (JIT-JMO)
. Manages two government support contracts valued at over 3.5 million
dollars. Engaged in program management activities in support of
client and firm to include budget planning, staffing and
recruiting, project management and quality control/ quality
assurance of client deliverables.

course catalogue of over 14 instructors led and web based courses.

course for USJFCOM designed to train intelligence professional

. Lead developer/ instructor for new integrated analytical and
systems training course to support USJFCOM efforts to train
intelligence personnel DoD wide on Joint Intelligence Operations
Capability-Iraq (JIOC-I) now Distributed Common Ground System -Army
(DCGS-A)
. Lead trainer in support of Project Morning Calm (PMC) training
efforts by UFJFCOM, traveled to Korean theater of operations to
train over 80 multi-service personnel to employ PMC systems in
support of operations
. Led short term suspense in development of application training and
analytical contextual training to support fielding of JIOC-I, a
multi-million dollar effort, in support of United States Joint
Forces Command's (USJFCOM) transformation initiatives in Iraq
. Assumed lead development role for updating and verifying JFIS
curriculum for the Joint Intelligence Preparation of the
Battlespace (JIPB) course

. In six months developed, tested and implemented a complete training
system for the Automated Assistance with Intelligence Preparation
of the Battlespace (A2IPB) system which contributed to the systems
successful DoDIIS Beta I/ II testing and certification to field
. Developed and maintained the training management plan, instructor
guide, student workbook, course syllabi, and presentations as part
of the A2IPB training system totaling over 500 pgs of
documentation
. Supported the development, management and implementation of the
functional requirements for the A2IPB system to include the
Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
. Traveled to multiple sites to provided training on the A2IPB system
to operators and testers at multiple locations to include Nellis
AFB, Barksdale AFB, Langley AFB, and Air Force Research

. A2IPB lead for the GCCS IPB threat working group, responsible for

intelligence systems capability to provide support to them
. Represented Zeltech and the A2IPB program at meetings, expos, and

Intelligence Training Facility (RJITF), Joint Forces Intelligence Command,

. Supervised/ conducted training for multi-service, Department of
Defense (DoD) and contract support personnel totaling over 1000
students annually, with over 2300 students trained during tour
. Directed detachment of seven military instructors at the Navy and
Marine Intelligence Training Center (NMITC), managing daily
operations to include scheduling of classes, training, and
certification of instructors
. Developed, reviewed and revised intelligence related curriculum; to
include the only Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace
(JIPB) course within DoD, presented to over 500 students annually
. Selected as lead instructor for 12 mobile training teams providing
intelligence instruction to units across the U.S.
. Provided essential training to the National Air and Space
Intelligence Center (NASIC) on JIPB to support the creation of the
first Predictive Battlespace Awareness (PBA) operations cell
