2008 - 2010: NGO: Institute for Work and Family Integration (IWFI),

. First Executive Secretary, with objective of promoting family
responsibility practices and good work ethics as well as putting
functional structure in place.
. Organized conferences and seminars in collaboration with world
renowned Lagos Business School of the Pan African University.
. Started production of email based quarterly newsletter. Helped set up
organization's website (Can be viewed at www.iwfionline.org).
. Weekly column with daily newspaper, "Business Day" in Nigeria,
discussing work-family issues.
. Went wherever invited to speak on work-family balance.
. Arranged smooth transition of IWFI affairs with successor.

1989 -1995: Staff Hospital of Nigerian Security, Printing & Minting
Company, Lagos, Nigeria
. Administration Manager: Supervised the Medical Records Unit of the
hospital and two clinics; Inventory Control; represented the hospital
with all third parties - visiting consultants, part-time doctors,
nurses, pharmacists, laboratory technologists and other contractors.
Managed the petty cash of the hospital. Facility management as well as
all administrative duties.
