I worked with a team in the Logistics Assistant Program Division, supporting the Headquarters, US Army Sustainment
Command. My primary duty was to follow up on SIGTRACK. SIGTRACK Significant Issue Tracking focuses on current
week's mission related issue from Logistics Assistance Representative (LAR) from different locations across the nation
as well as overseas. It also allows LARs to track and document significant meetings, equipment problems, and training.
Additionally, I was given a list of names (LARs) to access the SIGTRACKS website. On a weekly basis, I utilized the list
of names to search for each LAR in the computer to verify who has reported. I also compiled all the updated reports and
submitted information to Deputy of Chief for review. I verified accuracy of data and compliance with regulatory
requirements. I maintained a Manning Roster and Location roster comprised of more than 300 names of LARS,
locations, and AFSB (Army Field Support Brigade) by entering changes documented by project leaders' request. I am
proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other various programs pertaining to
administrative functions. Once I made the changes, I submitted to LARS for them to makes changes in the system. I
have worked with a training coordinator for a Logistics Assistance Representative training and we monitored student
enrollment for 2 courses, LAP Operations and Senior Managers Course. We coordinated with facilitators to brief on
specified courses to the LARs
