computer. Walk apartments and community. Assist with employee and

customer relations.

Skills - MS word, excel, outlook, yardi/voyager, windows XP, vista,

ability to negotiate effectively with vendors, switchboard experience,

working knowledge of mail process, postal machines, scanners, copiers,

courier services, proficient in math. Marketing and budget experience.
