Executive Director of 142-unit Independent Living Community. Responsible

for all daily operations, including maintaining and balancing a $12,000,000

budget, along with business and sales development planning. Raised resident

and employee satisfaction, census, and "quality enhancement" scores. Manage

8 department heads and 125 staff members, including Sales, Maintenance,

Food Service, Activities, Care At Home (licensed care department), Business

Office, Housekeeping, and Laundry. Managed Human Resources and employee

relations, and in-serviced employees. Direct contact with residents and

family members, regarding personal issues.

Negotiate all vendor contracts. Represent Atria through community outreach

to local civic and charitable organizations.

Monsignor Bojnowski Manor (New Britain, CT)

Owned and operated by The Daughters of Mary of the Immaculate Conception

Director of Admissions, Marketing and Fund Raising at a 60-bed, long-term

care facility.

Built relationships through community outreach, to all area hospitals,

senior centers and assisted living communities, to assure a full census at

all times. Started a sub-acute rehab unit, promoted through ads and

presentations. Created and produced new quarterly newsletter, logo, and

tagline. Evaluated patients on-site. Recruited and acquired doctors to join

medical staff, and made presentations to medical directors. Negotiated and

medical staff and families, on disease-related hospice care, and the

Medicare hospice benefit.
