. Awarded a turnkey installation of new $2 million production line from
white board conceptual to startup of line 18 months after initial
design started. Project included writing ladder logic for PLC programs
for filler and main processor, complete engineering drawings, spec out
of instrumentation, VFDs and all electrical equipment, resolution of
installation problems and personnel training.
. Present progress reports and schedules to client, staying within
budget and timeline.
. Supervised junior engineer, team of electricians and mechanics.
. Help resolve ongoing production line problems through analysis, design
and implementation of corrective actions working with a team from
Church & Dwight.
CLIENT: Coca Cola Bottling Company of New York
. Evaluated and resolved a number of production line "pinch points" by
changes to PLC programs.
. Work with maintenance staff to improve preventive maintenance program
in liquid fill operation, manufacturing and packaging.
. Help improve operator performance on certain manufacturing and
packaging equipment through "hands on" training of plant personnel on
certain production line equipment and working with maintenance staff
to improve preventive maintenance program on fillers, labelers,
packaging equipment and conveyors.
. Corrected timing circuits for mechanical/pneumatic double acting
actuators case pushers.
. Finished a program developed in VB6 for monitoring actual production
to estimate for management use.

. Placed in charge of all electrical needs of a 550,000 sq. ft
production facility.

. Developed a QC online product verification program using VB 6, and
ODBC as database communication tool.
. Responsible for helping bring new Computerized Maintenance Management

. Specified, designed, evaluated, and configured an Allen Bradley PLC
3/10 control system for a $100 million 600mW power station in Taiwan.
Responsible for FAT test (Factory Acceptance Test) of new control
panels, Motor Control Centers, and Variable Frequency Drives for 600
MW project.
. Participated in electrical design of $35 million wastewater treatment
plant in Taipei, Taiwan. Project included development of system

. Develop, and design control system linking Foxboro Spec 200 and Micro
Spec 200 system to an Allen Bradley control system.
