Transcendant Holdings, Inc., Franklin, Tennessee, 6/99 to Present: Vice President of Sales:
Managed a sales force that sold Master Card and Visa Card Computer Processing services for
local banks as well as computer processing of the Women Infant and Children’s Program for the
United States Government. Revenue was so large from the WIC Program that the Bank of
Oklahoma granted Transcendant its own bank routing number. Currently VP of Marketing of
Legal Sales.
Comdata Corporation, Inc., Brentwood, Tennessee, 4/94 to 6/99: Manager of Finance for the
Western United States:
Sold account receivable services to trucking companies, as well as other financial processing
accounts. Began as an inside telemarketing representative and was promoted to a territorial sales
associate with accounts in the Mid-West before being promoted to Manager of Finance.
ALCO, Inc., Huntsville, Alabama, 7/86 to 4/94: President:
President and owner of an equipment leasing company which financed equipment for the
restaurant industry throughout the United States. Sold leasing paper to 21 different banks
including Fleet Financial Services, a division of Fleet National Bank, which merged with Bank
of America. Also, provided leasing services for computers, over the road trucking, and
construction crane equipment.
A-1 Foods, Russellville, Alabama, 4/80 – 7/86: Owner:
Start-up company that sold wholesale delicatessen products to restaurants and grocery chains.
Sold this company through an ad in the Wall Street Journal in 1986.
