• Led two Sr. Food Technologists and one Technician in implementing new Product Development for
Baldwin Richardson Foods largest customers (McDonald’s, General Mills, Kellogg’s)
• Products included: Caramels; hot fudge; flavored coffee syrups; strawberry topping; flavored
shakes syrups; flavored tea and lemonade syrups; drizzles; fruit preps (pie filling, smoothies,
hand held food items); dipping sauces (Tangy Honey Mustard, Chipotle BBQ, Ranch, Spicy
Buffalo, BBQ, Hot Mustard and Honey)
• Increased annual sales by 10%
• Managed the development of products from bench top to commercialization for all of the products
sold to McDonald’s by Baldwin Richardson Foods
• Traveled to McDonald’s on a regular bases to meet with Menu Management to discuss
development of new products and revisions of current products
