To Whom It May Concern:
My personal recommendation for Andy Graves, he is a very dependable, honest
hard worker. Until just recently I had been Andy's supervisor for over a
year. His dedication to his job was outstanding and if you gave him a task
you did not have to worry about it being done. Not only did the task get
completed, it was done professionally and in a timely manner.
Besides being a good employee, Andy is a take-charge person who is able to
present creative ideas and communicate them to his co-workers in order to
make sure the process was done correctly and in accordance to the procedure
manual and government specifications. He has successfully teamed up with
several of our technicians to help developed several production plans that
resulted in our employees being one of the best group of technicians on the
project.
Though he was an asset to our production efforts, Andy was also
extraordinarily helpful in other areas. As an Electronic Technician I, Andy
made sure that his team of technicians was well trained and knowledgeable
of the tasks at hand.
I highly recommend Andy for employment. He is a team player and would make
a great asset to any organization.
Sincerely,
Derrick Smalls, Task Manager

To Whom It May Concern:
Mr. Andy Graves worked as machine operator at SKF Aeroengine in North
Charleston from November 11, 2007 through March 13, 2009. He was laid off
as part of a workforce reduction effort, through no fault of his own, that
was precipitated by a reduction in customer orders due to economic slow
down.
Mr. Graves was a responsible employee who worked safely and produced a high
level of quality work.
Sincerely,
David Jurkowski
