and directing a wide range of general and high tech nursing services
related to end-of-life care to hospice patients. Conduct patient and family
teaching and assessment, wound care, diabetic care, IV administration
(including Starts, Maintenance & Med Administration), referral to ancillary
services as required/needed, admissions, and discharges.
Duties include treating patients, conducting
assessment and evaluation for use by physicians, meeting with case
managers, crisis and family intervention, setting up medications,
