. Working as an Assistant Architect for the Association of Mr. Abhishek
and Mrs. Kuldeep Julka., I lead their entire project team. My job
profile demanded me to maintain a good clientele by providing them
with overall solutions. My changes in designs were highly appreciated
and preceded to execution rapidly. Some of the prestigious projects
which I lead are as follows:
1. Residential Apartment's at Indore.
2. Resort at Dhar on 1.85 acres of land.
3. Independent Township at Jhalawad.
4. Independent Township at Sanwad.
5. Iskcon Temple, Indore.
6. Sayaji 3* Hotel at Bhopal.
L.S. Vaswani Architects PVT. Ltd., Indore India (May 2007 to November 2009)
. Working as an Assistant Architect with L.S. Vaswani Architects PVT.
Ltd. I concentrated on conceptual planning, presentation and the
working drawings of any contract. This is where I drew most experience
by dealing with many high-rise projects, townships, multiplexes and
commercial complexes. I worked on the prestigious project of
integrated township near Delhi Public School (DPS). My other projects
included townships at Nipaniya and at Bicholi Mardana, Indore.
Some of my other good works include the following:
1. Mall/Multiplex at Khandwa Road with four screens and a two
basement parking (24 mt. high).
2. Hotel Fortune Landmark extension to the old building (30 mt.
high) at Indore.
3. Corporate Office at Mechanic Nagar (18 mt. high) at Indore with
two basement for parking.
4. Corporate Office at Y.N. road (15 mt. high) at Indore.
5. Commercial project at Scheme No. 78 (24 mt. high) at Indore with
two basements for parking.
6. Residential apartment on 1.68 acres of land at Khajrana (24 mt.
high) at Indore.
7. Residential apartment at Manoramaganj (18 mt. high) at Indore.
8. Residential apartment on 0.744 acres of land at Park Road (30
mt. high) at Indore.
9. Residential apartment on 1130 sq. mt. of land at Scheme No. 71
(18 mt. high) at Indore.
10. Residential apartment at Gram Chitawad district Indore with four
towers (24 mt. high) on 1.25 acres of land.
11. Residential apartment at Bye Pass Road with three towers (18 mt.
high) on 1.00 acres of land in Indore.

. Worked as an Assistant Architect with Ar. M.S. Yadav for 3 years. As a
young architect I learnt a great deal under their guidance and the
