Logs and Records Clerk/Technical Publications Librarian:
. Maintain aircraft records, maintenance data and flight data in
accordance with COMNAVAIRINST 4790.2 and applicable contractual
requirements for 30 aircrafts with 11 different type model series'.
. Ensure the provision of accurate aircraft and engine inventory of
those aircrafts and equipment serial numbers and configurations.
. Maintain and manage engines, auxiliary power units, automatic gun
systems and ordnance asset pools for all Fighter Attack aircraft
assigned.
. Maintain and transcribed required data in aircraft / engine /
propeller log books and associated records.
. Ensure timely submission of required Aircraft and Engine inventory
update messages and reports.
. Initiate and distribute applicable maintenance forms and work orders
in accordance with established procedures.
. Logged and categorized over 5000 technical directives electrically,
optimizing the entire Technical Directive distribution and tracking
process.
. Supported Quality Control Representatives daily with all
administrative inquires and administrative problems.
Legal Assistance Clerk:
. Provide legal assistance in such matters as voter registration,
indebtedness, Social Security, veterans' benefits, civilian counsel,
power of attorney, wills, motor vehicle licensing.
