As an internal auditor while still new on the job, he discovered a wide

spread atmosphere of bending the banking rules to enhance consumer loan

portfolios and allow department heads to report better monthly results than

they really had.

Bob, early in his career, took the job as controller of a construction

company specializing in construction of free standing Walmart stores and

strip shopping centers. Within a year he had been promoted to controller of

the development company and the motel development company, as well as the

retail home supply store and several investment partnerships. Within three

years he was promoted to CFO and had two other accountants working as

controllers of the construction and development companies. Bob began

working extensively with New York real estate syndicators preparing cash

flow statements used in marketing the companies' products.

Bob's greatest strengths are his diversity of experience and his extensive

Bob took over the accounting records of a mortgage company that was

recovering from a defalcation by the controller and, a succession of four

different accountants that attempted to clean up the accounting records.

Bob cleaned up the accounting records and set up cash controls and

procedures to guide the company out of a weak economy into a fast growth

economy. The company's audited net worth went from $500k to over $5

million

While working as a controller Bob twice supervised the transition from one

accounting software package to a better one.

Bob while in public practice has audited or managed audits of companies in

a wide variety of industries. He has managed audits of banks ranging in

asset size from $5 million to $500 million. He has always been able to

work well with all levels of client personnel from tellers to CEO. His

audit experience outside of banks has included well known restaurant and
