implementation, employee security badge system, shipping and receiving plan, preventative maintenance plan, spare

• Upon the exit of the corporate design and engineering staff, increased plant efficiencies by 21% through redesign of
the single filler to stabilize can delivery, balancing raw ingredient delivery, and balancing the end of shift changeover
techniques.

allowing employees to be multi-skilled.
• Reduced overtime by 15% though creating and implementing a staggered work schedule.
• Established a startup team utilizing existing operators in adjacent facility, while back filling positions in the adjacent
facility from the outside. Utilized train-the-trainer concepts for the startup team. Increased from a one-shift operation
to a three-shift operation in four months.
• Created standard operating procedures and operator cross-training program for skills certification program.
• Designed and created visitor history viewing corridor to allow facility tours of facility without having to physically be
present of the operations floor. Corridor included interactive facility model, operation video, glass pictorial wall,
sample hands on operator interface kiosk.
