1. To provide lead work and direction to the recreation team that is
responsible for developing, implementing and supervising a comprehensive
recreation program so that the leisure needs of the offenders are met.

recreation, Offender recreation workers, Offender photographers and
activity officials, statisticians, scorekeepers and clock keepers so that
recreation and leisure programming are appropriately delivered according to
the facility's policy.

of offenders and staff, and oversee the management of materials and
supplies so that recreational services are properly delivered.

6. To plan, implement, direct and monitor the Offender Photo Program. This
includes management of the recreational fund and offender photo fund so
that expenses are in compliance with budgetary limitations.
7. To maintain accountability of all offenders in recreation areas at all
times so that institution policies are followed and institution security is
maintained.
8. Cooperate with co-workers, supervisors, outside agencies and others
concerned with recreational activity with emphasis on teamwork so that the
most efficient operation of the recreation department and other facility
programs are maintained.
9. To introduce recreational pursuits to offenders, develop new recreation
functions and to create new programs so that the overall recreation program
at MCF-Willow River / Moose Lake is comparable with community recreation.
10. Conduct offender orientation explaining the recreation opportunities
and rules & regulations at MCF-Moose Lake.
11. Develop a seasonal recreation activity schedule to include leagues,
holiday activities and special events.
12. Developed a format and procedure to compile league activity statistics.
13. Coordinate, post, supervise, and direct weekly recreation activities.
14. Prepare, distribute and post league schedules.
