I headed GSC Group of companies mechanical services division AirServ Ltd.
AirServe is a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond level dealer / distributor of
HVAC solutions and products. The company's Bermuda based AirServ Ltd.
annual revenues were over $4.6 million. I had responsibility for the day-to-
day operations, evaluation & training of 8-12 service techs and office
staff. I also oversaw and provided Mitsubishi Electric HVAC solutions and
products technical support to Barbados, Antigua, The Cayman Islands,
Jamaica, and St. Lucia. I worked closely with sales and was involved in new
installation and retrofit projects of HVAC, sheet metal, fire protection
and energy management solutions for residential, commercial, industrial
construction and facilities management clients. This included MEP, life
safety and automated building management systems. I managed the design,
installation, repair and commissioning for the service & controls
operations division. I averaged profit margins of around 36% to 42%. I
apply my interpersonal skills, which enable me to quickly foster

of service, maintenance contracts, new equipment and/or system's sales. I
also managed the service operations vehicle fleet, workload & workforce as
