I am supplying a copy of my resume for your viewing, as I wish to be

Quality Assurance Specialist position. I hold an Associate of Applied
Science Degree in the Mechanical Engineering Drafting program from South
Central College; Faribault, MN. I also am currently pursuing a degree in
IT-Networking from South Central College; North Mankato, MN.
I have experience/education with all Microsoft Office products; several
CAD programs (AutoCAD thru version 2008, Medusa R12, IGI2100) Solidworks
2010, Quick Books Basic, DBSI (an inventory program) Baan.
At my most recent Quality Technical position, some of my responsibilities
include setting up and calibrating gauging: Pistol grips, bore gauges,
shadow graphs, etc. Experience with Optical Comparators, various
Micrometers, Calipers, as well as some limited exposure to working on a
CMM. I also conducted process audits, work in MRB with Baan dealing with
various non conforming materials from various departments. As well as
assisting with some document control duties.
Before returning to school to pursue my Mechanical Drafting education I
held a position at a thin film manufacturer in their Quality department, I
tested the various properties of the substrate (raw glass) as well as the
properties of the film we applied, I also spent about half of my time
preparing sales samples. Tested coated products for optical properties to
ensure product meets specification, skilled at operation of relevant
laboratory lab equipment and able to detect malfunctions (front surface
reflectometer, Hunter-Lab spectrophotometer, Delcom, crack meter, 45 mirror
reflectometer, transometer), conducted training in support of quality
assurance activities within the team; format, and publish quality reports
for product orders, conduct statistical process control regarding
identified quality attributes, proficient in Symix manufacturing system,
assist in corrective action/ customer complaint investigations, prepare and
evaluate special sales samples for prospective customers.
I also assisted with internal audits, worked in a clean room environment,
cross trained in all areas of production. I trained inspectors and filled
in for supervisor when necessary.
I am a very hard worker who puts my best effort forward, I am a team
player who is self motivated, flexible and detail orientated. In previous
positions, I have learned great communication skills through working with a
large variety of people.
