like over/under payment.

. Accounts Payable Clerk - matched and verified the vendors' original

invoices against the copies of the actual receipt of the transactions,

purchase orders, unit costs, particulars, and totals. prepared accounts

payables and check vouchers.

. Office staff - prepared monthly summary reports of financial

statements of the company and its affiliates in comparative form.

. Accountant - checked and reviewed the accounting entries, vouchers

and checks prepared by the A/P clerk, prepared journal and adjusting

entries after making bank reconciliations, prepaid and accrued expenses,

prepared supporting schedules of certain general ledger expense accounts,

and prepared monthly and year-to-date income statements.
