15 years of construction and property management experience, including

construction background included working for residential tract home
construction, commercial concrete tilt-up, custom homes and renovations.

I was the Executive Assistant to the CEO for a company in Irvine, which I
cannot divulge at this time, as the CEO is currently involved in
litigation. My position at this company involved maintaining his calendar,
taking minutes at the Board Meetings, transcribing and distributing minutes
to all board members. I was responsible for running the office, equipment
purchases and repairs, speaking to vendors and clients, overseeing record
management for Nextel customers and investors, making the office
presentable for potential investor meetings and presentations, assisting
caterers for luncheon and dinner meetings. Coming up with new and
innovative marketing strategies to increase business, supervise personnel
in carrying out these strategies.
