involved in a 3P process for programming the space.
UNIVERSITY OF IOWA HOSPITAL & CLINICS - (Iowa City, Iowa)
2003-2009
Senior Project Manager - Managed the largest Design and Construction
project in our department, a $30M Expansion and Renovation of the Emergency
Treatment Center and a $5M Intermediate Pulmonary Care Center. The result
was a significant increase in revenues and positive user feedback from both
patients and staff. Both finished within budget. Established new risk
assessment procedures, standards, and estimating form used by entire
department for over 4 years.
ATKINS HANSCOMB FAITHFUL & GOULD - (Newport Beach, California)
2002-2003
Senior Project Manager - $45M Boutique Hotel-replaced former CM and
completed project to the owner's satisfaction. TSA Airport Security
Upgrades-completed installation of over 400 Airport 5500, 2500 and L3
Security pieces as part of overall national installation team meeting end
of year deadline for all available units.

LAX Enhancements-SLR Modifications/Gateway/Signage Design /Build Project
Completed very visible $75M pylon project in time for Democratic Convention
while saving over $3M in owner-driven change orders. Managed 7 person
staff plus outside Consultants, Architects, Engineers and Contractors.
Long Beach Public Safety Project: Police Crime and Property Lab/City Hall
East - Completed on time despite not being hired in time for
Constructability Review and over 150 RFIs and 115 change orders.
MORRISON/KNUDSEN - (St. Louis, Missouri)
1997 -1999
Project Manager/Senior Architectural Design Engineer-O&M Division -
completed on time and within budget the design and construction management
of over 25 laboratory/office projects of various sizes to the satisfaction
of Monsanto's Research Group in Chesterfield, Missouri all on time and
within budget. Received "outstanding" rating.

ELI LILLY: Architectural Superintendent for $120M expansion of an existing
pharmaceutical facility in Carolina, Puerto Rico. Responsible for hands on
direction, coordination and quality control of trades.
MERCK: Civil/Structural/Architectural superintendent for $56M
renovation/expansion of an existing H.H. Robbins ("Chapstick")
manufacturing facility in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. Responsible for
coordination, direction, and quality control for multiple contractors. CSA
trades' contract value exceeded combined mechanical/electrical contracts.
Provided day-to-day quality control and coordination.
HILTON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION - (New York, NY)

Vice-President/Project Manager - Construction Advisory Group - responsible
for all tenant related construction consulting and sales for this 20 person
firm including: consultant selection, contract review, existing field
condition review, estimating, scheduling, contract document review, trouble
shooting, project and field meeting management. Successfully assisted in
selling services to five major clients.

SHEARSON-LEHMAN BROTHERS/AMERICAN EXPRESS - (New York, NY)
Vice- President/Divisional Project Manager - Corporate Facilities - managed
two largest corporate projects: $36M consolidation of 300,000sf on 18
floors and $9M three floor sublease/relocation of NYC Office of Management
and Budget. Directed a staff of five. Responsible for hiring and managing
outside consultants, corporate and field meetings, estimating, scheduling
and quality control, as well as employees goals and reviews.
Vice-President/Manager - Construction Management Department
(Project/Construction Manager) - responsible for managing all branch pre-
construction and construction for organization's 400 to 600 branch offices.
Completed 250 to 300 alterations, expansions or new projects over a 3-1/2
year period. Promoted to Assistant Vice-President after one year; Vice-
President after two. Managed 5 person staff.
CRS SIRRINE, INC - (Houston, TX and Washington, DC)
Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager - 34 floor Merrill-Lynch
corporate headquarters project - responsible for all field project
management. Performance led to additional work: New $15M headquarters on
Wall Street and two hospital projects (thus establishing a New York
office).
Assistant Project Manager/Field Manager - Two field construction management
contracts - $40M renovation of a 354 unit housing complex for the District
of Columbia and $26M seventeen building, medium security addition to Attica
Correctional Facility, New York. Completed in ten months, meeting a court-
mandated completion date, despite special civil engineering, weather, labor
and productivity issues.
Architectural Estimator/Architectural Programmer/Project Architect -
various projects including $26M Performing Arts Center, office/maintenance
facility and others for five Saudi Air Bases; manufacturing plant for
Xerox; consolidation of Bell Laboratories; ARCO World Headquarters
Building; Medical Clinic; Schools; a condominium/marina/office building and
hospital.
