ensuring full compliance with district ends policy and tight
deadlines. I have set priorities for an organization of 100 staff
using goals and reported the results on a quarterly basis using
multiple data points.
o Author professional correspondence to parents and students. I have
used web-based, newsletter, and weekly reports to update students and
staff of emerging and ongoing solutions to diverse needs in our school
system.
o Design and deliver series of informative newsletters, meeting agendas,
web-based communication tools including wiki's, blogs, and social
networking to communicate an effective mission.
o Conduct small-group sessions on leadership and transformative personal
