Conservation Planner.
3. Managed a diverse program which provided technical (agronomic and engineering) and financial assistance
to landowners. Develop and implement strategic plan for conservation:
o Worked with programs to deliver over $3 million to land users in Daviess & Martin Counties over
the past 3 and half years.
o Served as State Program Manager for the Conservation Security Program, managing the program
in writing program guidelines for Indiana, training employees statewide in the ranking process,
selecting and promoting applications to be funded.
o Served as NRCS representative for statewide appeals forwarded to the USDA National Appeals
Division.
