Work History
District Attorney of Mendocino County
2007-2011
Upon assuming office, the attorneys had completed a strike and we
were short-handed. I was able to rebuild and strengthen the office during
difficult budget years. I kept campaign promises to improve victim's rights
and community oriented prosecution, establishing truancy, juvenile, elder
abuse and environmental programs. Violent offenders were aggressively
prosecuted and sentenced to state prison protecting the public.
