Administrative/Operations/Logistics Manager
Directed organization and maintenance of numerous vehicles and support equipment valued at over 14
million dollars. Managed support of 64 personnel to ensure all equipment issues and administrative
items were properly handled in a timely and accurate manner. Basic list of metrics performed daily
include: Preparation and quality assurance checks of active duty and mobilization packets.
Submission, supervision and tracking of all active duty Soldiers leave and approved time off. Quality
assurance and submission of performance evaluations and monthly counseling’s. Coordination of all
pay issues and government credit card applications.

Logistics Manager (Sergeant First Class)
Directed the management of over 100 million dollars of operational equipment as the Non
Commissioned Officer in charge of an Army Infantry Battalions logistical assets. Coordinated and
managed all Visa purchases from outside vendors ensuring fair and competitive competition was
followed. Handled preparation of maintenance records and reports and developed maintenance
standards and policies. Managed to increase the readiness for future combat operations. This resulted
in creativeness by subordinates to become more fiscally responsible while reaching their goals.
Managed multiple comprehensive training programs, resulting in higher standards of comprehension
for a smoother running operation. Responsible for training military and civilian personnel in multiple
areas such as budget management, inventory control, hazardous material and waste management,
security operations, U.S. Customs, transportation and driver certification.
