Arrowsight is the world leader in developing and delivering 3rd party remote video auditing services that dramatically improve worker productivity in three

very large industry sectors the $550B US food manufacturing industry, the $540B US healthcare industry and $140B US quick service restaurant

industry. The company has gained significant revenue traction in the past year and now serves large companies such as Cargill, Tyson, OSI Industries

(largest meat supplier to McDonald’s), North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System (one of the largest US chains which recently agreed to a

system wide rollout of Arrowsight services), and several large McDonald’s franchise families.

Business Achieved a 100% growth rate in the QSR sector, including contract procurement of 3 new prominent, large

scale McDonald Franchise Families, and securing a Pilot with McDonald’s Corporate.

Development

Successfully launched first ever hand hygiene video monitoring system inside a Medical Intensive Care Unit of

the North Shore University Hospital achieving a unparalleled improvement in their compliance rate.

Subsequently, North Shore and Arrowsight are now embarking on a 16 Unit system wide roll out of our

International Specialty Chemicals is a specialist in the sourcing of fine and specialty chemicals, a stocking distributor and manufacturers' representative;

representing companies in Europe, Asia and the United States on either an exclusive or semi exclusive basis. Due to eroding sales and shrinking

margins resulting from more efficient markets and more end users buying direct from manufacturers, I was brought on board to reinvent the

organization from an “old line” distributor/ manufacturer’s rep. to a value adding service organization with e commerce components.

Business Performed an integral role in acquiring and redeveloping “Chemfinet”, a web based B2B chemical exchange

valued at $2.2 million.

the business under a management agreement, which entitled me to ownership of the P&L. Instituted tight accounting and inventory control
