OBJECTIVE: To obtain an Administrative position that would enhance and

utilize my acquired skills and experiences.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

. Customer oriented, personable, flexible and strong attention to

detail. Possess critical thinking skills, experienced in personnel

supervision, including conflict resolution and work delegation.

. Human Resources including interviewing and hiring new employees,

review/approve employees' timesheets for billable hours and submission

of payroll, supervise/monitor client's personal bank accounts and

distribute checks for personal necessities.

. Maintain and handle confidential records, files, multi phone lines,

travel arrangements and time logs, prepare letters, memos, legal and

medical correspondence, labels, envelopes, invoices, reports,

documents and photocopying. File motions at the court house, schedule

appointments, note taking for court sessions and client meetings.

. Maintain paper and electronic filing systems, publications, office

resource materials, distribute and update records, mailing lists and

documents, handle inventory of supplies, requisitions and

distributions, record, type and distribute minutes for committee and

staff meetings.

. Accounting to include creation and payment of invoices, reconciling

charges, creating and processing reimbursements, stipends and work

orders. Posting journal entries and preparing balance sheet

reconciliations, perform special projects as needed.
