**I started in the closing dept. as a Pre closer initiating the closing process for our REO property closings.
Facilitated contact between my closer and the client as well as real estate agents and brokers and the
buyers. After 3 months of being a pre closer I was handed a special project of the HVS (High Volume
Sales) from my director to organize and create a system with. I did just that and facilitated a great
relationship with our client as well as an organized system of tracking and recording our deeds in a timely
manner.

**Property manager for storage facility. Responsibilities include sales and marketing by phone and visiting
other businesses, etc. Customer service, data entry and computer skills, showing storage units, selling
facility and amenities. Also included are daily, monthly and yearly reports. Daily duties including but not
limited to the handling of cash payments and bank deposits. I am solely responsible for ordering office
supplies while also handling basic supervisory duties as in, hiring, training and overseeing productivity of
employees at the North Huntingdon site. Other sole duties included the complete care of property
grounds and building maintenance. In addition I performed truck driver duties for facility move ins (14ft
box truck).

**I started as a Payment poster for the medical billing office moving to customer service rep after 3
months. My basic duties were servicing customer billing questions, taking payments, adjusting accounts
when necessary. Other duties also included forwarding major customer issues or adjustments to correct
coder or department to correct. I was responsible for knowing the major CPT codes that we worked with
as well as basic medical terminology and processes within our billing office.

Medical Insurance Verifier for Pharmacare Specialty Pharmacy (CVS Procare),

**My job title of NPE (New Patient Enrollment) rep, included, contacting Patient and Dr offices, data entry
of billing codes and most major insurance codes, enrolling new patients into data base. Researching
Insurance issues and resolving them for customers. Verifying contracted insurances as well as 3 rd party
payors etc. Special projects team during the Synagis RSV season. Other special projects
teams/medications are MS;Betaseron PAP patients and Hep C;Pegasys/Copegus PAP patients. I hold
the basic knowledge of medical terminology and the process of most insurances.
