Experience and accomplishments

Warehouse Operations and Materials Management

Established procedures that supported and recorded all inventory

activities. Accurately maintained inventory balances between WMS and

customer's SAP system. Prepared KPI's and analyze reports to enable

management to measure inventory performance. Supervise daily inventory and

cycle counts, assist with annual physical inventories. Responsible for

control of missed or lost shipments, damaged product resolution and provide

support for all inventory control related issues including track and trace.

Track history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between

physical and WMS inventory and recommend actions to resolve discrepancies.

Perform and issue cycle counts. Retail shipping experience to Khol's, Wal

Mart, Target, JC Penny's. Retail labeling experience standard UCC128 and

the creation of BOM's labels Arranged and coordinated $1,000,000 shipments

and inbound international shipments. Supervised trained and motivated

direct and indirect 20 to 300 personnel according to volume and needs in

various departments both in English and Spanish. Managed logistics of

shipments and deliveries within extreme time constraints. Directed all

warehouse operations for diverse customers including shipping, receiving,

inventory control, packaging and labeling for warehouse with an average of

$1,000,000 in standing inventory. Maintain accurate WIP/finished goods

inventories. Developed and established new storage solutions that improved

inventory. Loaded, bound and arranged pallets, labeled and transported

into warehouse using an electric pallet jack or a propane/electric sit down

forklift. Maintained compliance with all safety and corporate regulations.
