2008- To Date, Broadcasting Fleet Supervisor at Carnival Cruise Lines:

- Supervision of the A/V department operation on 11 Carnival cruise ships

- Coordinating all necessary administration tasks for the assigned

departments

- Training and evaluating professional and managerial skills of the

shipboard A/V managers

- Implementing procedures to enhance workflow and profitability

- Establishing strong and competent video teams on board of the assigned

ships

- Recommending managers and staff for promotion or eventual demotion up to

- Completion of all necessary administration tasks for the onboard AV

department.

- Submitting revenue reports and minimizing loss, increasing effectiveness

of the shipboard AV Department and individual projects

- Properly delegating various duties related to regular filming,

maintenance and wedding videos by scheduling the activities on a cruise by

cruise basis
