- Supervision of the A/V department operation on 11 Carnival cruise ships
- Coordinating all necessary administration tasks for the assigned
departments
- Training and evaluating professional and managerial skills of the
shipboard A/V managers
- Implementing procedures to enhance workflow and profitability
